Every Jellykin bag is handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production before your order ships.
Processing Time
- Made-to-order items: Ships in approximately 3–5 weeks.
- If your order includes multiple items, everything will ship together unless otherwise requested.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- United States: 1–7 business days
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- International: 3–10 business days
Please note that these delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Customs & Duties
For eligible international destinations, duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout, so there are no surprise charges at delivery.
